Sweet & Tangy Wings

1/4 c apricot preserves
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
3/4 tsp salt

Set aside 1/4 c mixture.  Add wings to a large bowl and toss to coat.  Grill.

Bast with preserve mixture during last 10 minutes of cooking on the grill!
